Also, keep in mind that on my actual NI account on the website, in the downloads and serial number section, it says to download the Komplete 11 update through Native Access.However Native Access isn't doing anything, not even giving me an error message.

Then there is a button directly below where you insert your serial that says "Install New Products" (as if it is going to install the product for which you entered the serial for). I go to Native Access and enter the serial as directed on the website, it confirms the serial and says a new product is available. I just purchased the update (that the website said was compatible to update from 7 to 11) and am unable to successfully install. I have been a Komplete User since KOMPLETE 7, which is what I still currently have installed and use for production. I am having a similar issue but in a different way then both of you. I submitted a support ticket yesterday or the day before, and I'm waiting for their help with this. I am guessing the problem is related to the rollout of this new Native Access-based registration system.

I can also clearly see all of the products - and their corresponding serial numbers - when I login to the Native Instruments website and look at the products I own. In fact, I can open the NI Service Center application, and I see an even more complete list there, which includes Komplete 8-10 Ultimate, respectively. I also cannot install Komplete Ultimate 11 upgrade.
